Young Parent Support (YPS) is a home-based program serving pregnant and parenting young adults (up to the age of 23) and their children.

Young Parents Support (YPS) uses a strengths-based model, assesses individual needs of families, and provides targeted supports to promote healthy development of children. The program also supports and helps to foster the stability, independence,
and health of young parents.

Service Delivery

YPS is a home-based program for pregnant and parenting young adults in Chelsea and Revere. Clients receive weekly or bi-weekly home visits.

Location

This program is available for parents up to the age of 23 who live in Chelsea and Revere.

Hours of Services

Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm
(hours may vary on the needs of parents)
